Dr. Prabhu Narayan Prasad spent 15 years practising medicine — and those 15 years changed him. Not because of the complexity of the cases he handled, but because of what he kept seeing over and over again: people arriving at his clinic with conditions that should have never reached that stage. Illnesses that could have been caught earlier. Women silently suffering from problems they were too embarrassed or too poor to address. Children falling behind not because they lacked intelligence, but because nobody had invested in them.

That realisation stayed with him for years, quietly growing into something bigger. In 2022, Dr. Prasad decided that his work could no longer be limited to the four walls of a clinic. Shri Keshav Health and Educational Trust was formally established — not as a project or a side activity, but as a full commitment to the communities he had spent over a decade serving. Shri Keshav Health and Educational Trust became the vehicle through which his years of experience, his observations, and his genuine concern for society could finally translate into organised, ground-level action.
